The terms that apply when you enroll in a Nxtशिक्षा program or use this website.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nxtशिक्षा website and enrollment in any Nxtशिक्षा Edutech Pvt. Ltd. ("Nxtशिक्षा", "we", "us") course or cohort. By enrolling in a program or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
Our programs are designed for learners aged 16 and above. If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor between 16 and 18, you confirm you have the authority of a parent or guardian to do so.
Live sessions are delivered online at the schedule communicated for your cohort. Recordings are made available in your learner dashboard for revision; access duration is as stated on the relevant program page ("lifetime access" refers to the operational lifetime of the Site and our hosting arrangements).
All course material — including live session recordings, slides, worksheets and project templates — remains the intellectual property of Nxtशिक्षा or its mentors. You may use it for your personal learning but may not redistribute, resell or publicly republish course material without written permission.
We expect respectful behaviour toward mentors and fellow learners in live sessions and community spaces. We reserve the right to remove access for learners who harass, abuse or repeatedly disrupt a cohort.
A Nxtशिक्षा certificate is issued on satisfactory completion of the required modules and projects for a program, as described on that program's page. Certification is not a guarantee of employment or freelance income.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Course content, mentor guidance and career support are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Outcomes such as job placement, freelance income or specific salary figures referenced on program pages are illustrative of past learner experiences and are not guaranteed for every learner.
To the extent permitted by law, Nxtशिक्षा's liability arising from your use of the Site or enrollment in a program is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or an active enrollment after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
