Refund Policy

We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains how refunds work for Nxtशिक्षा live cohorts and self-paced programs.

1. Try before you pay

Every live cohort includes a free, no-obligation 2-day demo before enrollment. We strongly encourage attending it — most refund requests can be avoided by using this window to confirm the course and teaching style are right for you.

2. Refund eligibility window

• Full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any) if requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided fewer than 2 live sessions have been attended and less than 20% of recorded content has been accessed.
• After this window, or once the above usage threshold is crossed, fees are non-refundable, as your seat has been reserved and mentor time allocated for the cohort.

3. Non-refundable circumstances

• Change of mind after the 7-day / usage threshold above
• Missed live sessions due to your own scheduling conflicts (recordings remain available)
• Enrollment in the wrong program due to not attending the free demo or reading the program page first

4. How to request a refund

Email tusharsaluja23@gmail.com with your registered email address and the program name. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps within 3 business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you paid through a no-cost EMI partner, any refund is routed back through that partner and may follow their own processing timelines.

6. Cohort cancellations

If Nxtशिक्षा cancels a cohort before it starts, all enrolled learners receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available batch, whichever they prefer.
