Nxtशिक्षा Edutech Pvt. Ltd. ("Nxtशिक्षा", "we", "us") runs live, mentor-led courses at nxtshiksha.vercel.app (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us — name, email, phone number and any message you type when you fill an enquiry, contact or demo-booking form on the Site.
• Information collected automatically — basic technical data such as browser type, device type and pages visited, used only to keep the Site working correctly and to understand which pages are useful.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect payment card details on this Site; any payment is handled by a third-party payment processor at the point of enrollment, subject to that processor's own privacy terms.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries, demo requests and enrollment questions you submit through our forms
• To send you information about the specific course or masterclass you asked about
• To improve the content and usability of the Site
• To meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements where applicable

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Forms and third-party processors

Enquiry and contact forms on this Site are delivered to us using a third-party form-relay service, which processes the fields you submit solely to route them to our team's inbox. We choose processors that do not use submitted form data for advertising.

The Site may use minimal cookies or local storage strictly to remember interface preferences (for example, that you've dismissed a banner). We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers on this Site.

We retain enquiry and contact submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain our admissions records, after which they may be deleted or anonymised.

Our programs are intended for learners who are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
